Love or Money
What would you do, if you were offered a million dollars? But in order to receive the money, there was one requirement. Would you accept the offer? Most people would say, "it would depend on the requirement". In the movie "Indecent Proposal" (based on novel by Jack Engelhard) David and Diana are offered a million dollars. But there was one catch; David would have to let his wife, spend one night with John. John is a billionaire, who has an interest in beautiful women. He wants to spend one night with Diana and nothing more. He wants to prove a point that anyone can be bought at the right price. David and Diana have the perfect marriage; they both have great careers. David is an architect and Diana is a realtor for David's construction firm. They're both are in the prime of the careers, but their lives are about to change. Everything is fine until the resection hits, the real estate market drops and the construction business is slow. David will get laid off his job and Diana hasn't sold a house in over a year.
They bet on a long shot and loose everything. Then this billionaire named John makes David and Diana an offer. An offer that neither one can confuse, a million dollars. One million dollars, to spend one night with Diana. What will you do if you were faced with this situation? How would you choose? This is the dilemma. Now if I were faced with this dilemma, I would have to take several things in consideration. One, if I decide to decline the offer, I would be back to original problem. I will loose my home and all of my assets. On top of that I will have the consist reminder that I could of had a million dollars in cash. Second what if I choose to accept his offer? I will a gain a great deal of money. This will enable me to pay off all of my creditors and continue on with my future plans. But will I be able to deal with how I got the money? How will I continue to with my life and my marriage with the constant reminder of infidelity? I think if I had to decide, I would choose not to accept the offer. The reason that I
