The second article that I was to summarize is a different approach. It still deals with sexual situations. But the only difference is that you can actually be born with this problem, not something that you would have chosen. All of us were given a gender, in this article it talks about how a person can have both female/male parts. Explains the hardships they go through for being born in the way they are. Tells how they sometimes have to find shelter and live alone. Some people will just hate you and look at you in a different way; this leads to physical and metal abuse. In preliminary data, the Gender, Violence, and Resource Access Survey of Intersex individuals found 50% of respondents had been raped or assaulted by a romantic partner, though only 62% of those raped or assaulted (31% of the total sample) identified themselves as survivors of domestic violence when explicitly asked.
