The selected research article focuses on patients' behavior motivation to exercise after undergoing cardiac rehabilitation, in order to ultimately bring themselves to their possible peak health. They first show me how important my job will be in helping patients recover and rehabilitate from trauma and other injuries and accidents. Part of the patient's motivation to heal is based on my motivation to help them get better and know what I'm doing in order for them to heal. And knowing what I'm doing partly comes from taking this course, which has taught me a lot psychologically as far as education, teaching, and training is concerned.
