Being a leader of a fraternity helps prepare a person for their future career. By organizing events and maintaining the house and chapter, they are simply practicing for the future.

"The Questionable Values of Fraternities" were obviously written by authors who were not in the Greek system at all. Their ignorant claims prove they no nothing but rumors and gossip.
