When was the last time you saw a homeless man or woman in the street? Something unusual for some people could cause them to get confused and loose their homes. Chronically ill patients need constant surveillance to make sure they are safe. There are many reasons that mental illness could cause homelessness. The mentally ill homeless need more attention to help them out because they are not able to care for themselves.
