Bleak: cheerless: cold. Void: unoccupied, empty. Imagine waking up every day feeling like something's missing. Imagine living your life feeling so depressed that even if you are rich nothing will make you happy. Even if you are blessed with someone who loves you deeply and would do anything for you. In conclusion, even if you have the most money in the world and are the most famous it doesn't mean that your life will automatically be filled with joy. Having a wonderful husband who would do anything for you doesn't always make a person happy either. So many people have many wonderful things in their lives but are completely miserable. Traynor and Ann both lead unfulfilling lives. Whatever they both had they didn't find either good enough or they just didn't need. I could never imagine living most of my life feeling empty inside.
