How to Open a New Restaurant

People love to eat out. Infect, it seems there's a different restaurant on just about every block these days. But I chose this subject, because I worked in restaurant and enjoyed also its profitable business. Lot of students has dreamed of owning restaurant like me. So first you have better understand the reality because it's exciting it also take a lot of hard work. You must some experience, so before you open your door get a job behind someone else's counter. You won't know if your employees are doing thing right if you don't know yourself. You have to understand, what this all about before you open restaurant without any business knowledge. Approximately 50 percent of all new restaurants close with in a year. The first most important reasons restaurants fail is not to have enough knowledge about business and technical.

Let's assume that you have enough knowledge and experience. Now the question is how much money do you want to spend or what is budget. Do you have enough money to open a fine dinnig full service restaurant if n


Menu should be very attractive, basically it should be print out with lot's of different items, which includes, pizza, pasta, hotdogs, burgers, chicken, salads, wraps and side orders (onion ring, french-fries, curly-fries). Also it should be good selection pf beverages, which includes soft drinks, milk shake, juices, and beers, which are very profitable.once you decided on the menu, you can put many other aspects of the concept in to place like decor, number of seats, type of service, hours of operation, and pricing structure. You can put something specials of the day and special menu for children. The restaurant should be open for lunch and dinner at 11:00 am to10:00pm in weekday and 11:00am to12:00pm in weekends. You may offer late night but after about a year of operation also the dinning room must have up to 50 seats in restaurant and comfotable wating area, attractive chair or benches,coatracks or check rooms,toilet facilites and telephone.at least 35 to 40 cars space in praking lot.
