Going to college has been something I?ve looked forward to since junior high. Now that I am finally a senior, and less than a year away from entering yet another system of higher education I am realizing I will practically be entering another world. I didn?t think anything could be more nerve racking than my transition from junior high to high school. Now I realize that was only a baby step. College is the final step before the, ?real world? and there are going to be many challenges I will have to face in my transition from high school to college.
After reviewing the endless amount of challenges I am going to encounter, I think my greatest transitional challenge is going to be the simple fact that I am going to be on my own. This challenge is in many ways bitter sweet. I am going to have several freedoms I?ve neve
There are going to be many other challenges I am going to have to face in my transition from high school to college. I think however, once I meet the greatest challenge of being on my own, the amount of other challenges I have will diminish down until there are none left and I am completely comfortable in my new environment. I am counting down the days until I can finally enter college and I think when all is said and done I will do extremely well.
