Al Capone

In this essay about Al Capone, I attend to prove to you that he was a cold heart killer who gave no mercy. Capone was a notorious gang member with no respect to anyone and would kill anyone on request or if someone just made him mad.

Alphonse Capone was born on January 17, 1899 in Brooklyn, New. His parents immigrated to the United States in 1893 from Italy. Capone was from a family of eleven and was the fourth oldest. He grew up in a dangerous neighborhood of Brooklyn and was a member of two Kid Gangs the Brooklyn Rippers or Bin Booms. Capone was very good when it came to street smarts. Al was terrible in school because he was illiterate. He was kicked out of school in the sixth grade, when he was 14. He was kicked out of school for beating a women teacher and knocking her to the ground. After school he took a job as a pinsetter a

In 1918, Al Capone met an Irish girl named Mary Mae Coughlin at a dance. On December 4, 1918 Mae had their son, Albert Sonny Francis Capone. Capone, 19 years old and Mae, 21 years old married on December 30, 1918. Shortly after they got married, Torrio began moving his gang to Chicago. Capone's first arrest was on an assault charge. Later, while in New York he murdered two men. He was later let out because a witness lost her memory and evidence suddenly disappeared from the courtroom.
