A detailed Summary of Education


From nagging parents to annoying guidance counsellors, we are constantly being bombarded with the notion that we 'have to' graduate from high school and enter a university. The most common misconception that people have engraved in their minds is that they must go to university in order to survive in the world today. On the contrary, there are a lot of normal people out in today's society who did not obtain a university degree, yet who are thriving in their economic war. These are the people who prove that the theory is erroneous and further underlines that a university degree is neither necessary to survive in society, nor to earn a higher income.

In the early ages, people with lower economic status did not have the luxury or ability to obtain as much education compared to the affluent community. Thus, the lesser-educated were left to make money in various ways. For


My prime example to back my argument would have to be my father. My grandfather passed away when my father was close to completing high school. Because of this, my father had to leave school and abandon his education in order to support my grandmother and my aunts. Since my father did not have anyone to turn to but himself, he started working as a labourer to save money. Then through time end effort, he eventually saved enough money to start a construction company for building apartments. From there, my father constructed a few apartments and leased the rooms. At that time, most of his income was earned through these means and it was a decent amount of money upon which to survive. Right now, my father owns a variety of companies around the world; this is how he became successful in life. Therefore, it is evident that one does not necessarily need to have higher education
