A detailed Summary of Greek Literature
Now that we are settled here friends, by the order of my office I request as is our tradition that we lift our cup to the old gadfly who lifted his cup by order of pernicious office so that we might enjoy the drink of wisdom fresh.
In humble respect I drink this draught with full awareness always for his courage, his earnest nature, and hail then to our most honest and often wisest critic. Let us salute the nobility of a passionate heart, who in his last action allowed blessed feeling to overwhelm curmudgeon reason.
