A detailed Summary of Poem


The poem, "Some Objects of Wood and Stone", by Margaret Atwood is in three sections. The first section is called "Totems". Immediately I thought of totem poles " wooden people" and read this section with this in mind. As I read this section, I found out that the totem poles were in a park, they had been brought from somewhere else and put here for tourists to see "other wooden people posed for each other's cameras".
