Religion paper

The reason that people study history today is to better grasp they way in which people lived in the past and furthermore the impact that these events have on contemporary society today. In this paper I will examine the structure of government today and illustrate how history has shaped this. The Romans can be seen as have the first separation of powers system as power was invested in two consuls rather than one individual and there was a Senate. The Plebeians can also be seen as contributing to the political framework by being the first lobbyists or interest group, whose pressure helped to give them representation in the form of tribunals.

Thus in the final summation, the lessons learned this seme
