It has an essence of cruelty and unusual treatment to human beings. This form of punishment gives way to "Human errors," and for years considerable amounts of people have been innocently killed or given life sentences for crimes of which they were not proven guilty. In the society in which we live today there should be no room for mistakes such as these.
