For years Capital Punishment has been known to be one of the most conventional forms of punishment. This Punishment should be abolished for multiple reasons. It has an essence of cruelty and unusual treatment to human beings. This form of punishment gives way to "Human errors," and for years considerable amounts of people have been innocently killed or given life sentences for crimes of which they were not proven guilty. In the society in which we live today there should be no room for mistakes such as these.

The death penalty is a cruel and unusual punishment inflicted upon man. A decent humane society does not need to deliberately kill humans. An execution is a dramatic event that gives people a perspective that killing another is the way to solve a problem. In another view killing someone would really be the easy way out of the situation ... by sentencing a person to life they would have to actually live with the facts of realistic situations. Capital punishment denies "Due Process of Law," its an irreversible action that for ever deprives a person of benefits of new law that might change or reverse the conviction.
