The legalization of drugs would have much less harmful effects than those that are generated by keeping them illegal; it is the best solution for most drugs-related problems our world is currently facing. Although drugs in general have some bad characteristics, nevertheless they also have several good ones too. Legalization of drugs would basically minimize their negative effects on their user and society in general. Are drugs evil? They induce the feeling of happiness within their users, but at the same time they are hazardous to their health. But does that make drugs evil? If your answer is yes, than an action such as climbing a mountain should also be "evil" because it's extremely risky, as well as having serious health consequences due to the low temperature and the decreasing pressure. In my opinion, this argument is a false one; climbing a mountain can be considered an adventure but definitely not evil. Even if someone argued that drugs have their effects on the society, unlike climbing a mountain. The reply would be that the effects on the society are caused by the "abuse" of drugs.
