I think there is the potential for creativity in Big Brother however only as creative fuel. This is received in everyday life as an input. It does not satisfy our instinct. To love and to be loved is not fulfilled by Big Brother but it does put you on a social platform with your piers. Everyone my age is watching Big Brother so by watching the show you are keeping up with the gossip and staying in with the crowd. The majority of people who took part in my survey seemed to have a wide range of knowledge on Big Brother they saw it on television, heard about it on the radio and some even got text alerts getting them the latest action form the Big Brother house. Big Brother appeals to our reproductive instincts, as the Big Brother household is filled with young attractive people of a childbearing age. They spend considerable time flirting with each other and running about in small shorts and swimming costumes. This gives the audience a suggestion of sexuality and is purposing to fill our instincts for love and reproduction.
