A detailed Summary of My Life


In my life there have been many ups and downs. I'm sure that you have heard them all, the death of a family member or beloved pet, the life altering break-up, and the all-too-common divorce. I am no different. I have gone through all of these as well, but somewhere along the way my story changed. I think it all started when a few of my friends convinced me to try something new, a new sport, cheerleading. Now, I know what your thinking, "cheerleading? A sport?" Herein lies the challenge I have taken on.

From the beginning I knew this would not be an easy battle and we are far from winning, but I think we have taken a step in the right direction. I have put my tenacious and determined attitude in the forefront to help lead our troops, I mean squad, to victory. This one may take years to change but I would like to think I have made, and am continuing to make, a difference.

Personally I have attempted to sway that ever-present stereotype of the "stupid cheerleader" by maintaining a nearly straight A average. I have tried to stray from the well-known "easy" classes and have managed to push through some rather difficult ones, including AP calculus one and two, AP physics, and AP Biology among others.
