Night Elie Weisel
Elie Wiesel was known as a French American author, whose work directed Jewish themes, dealing with the experiences of Jews who suffered in Nazi Concentration Camps during World War 2. Wiesel writes about his own experiences from his childhood through his time spent in concentration camps, up until the affect it had on him. Elie Wiesel has many books revolving around his chaotic life. He has witnessed the world's most massive murdering occurrence. The book, Night was related to human behavior in many ways to society. It revolves around the acts or prejudice, discrimination, stereotyping, and more. Reading about how the Jews were torn out of their homes and tortured and killed because of Hitler. Night tells the story of people who were destroyed because they were Jews, they were innocent victims. These people had done nothing and however were tormented, dishonored and liquidated for no reason other than they were Jews. Wiesel is a witness to all the horrible things such as; the death of his family, the death of his childhood and the death of his God. The Night is a book written by Elie Wiesel. Throughout most of the book, he was with his father. At the very first camp they were sent to, he was separated from his mother and sister, he did not see them for years. This happened with a lot of families; everyone was separated from one another. Although this time Elie was lucky enough to be able to be with his father for awhile longer. There are quite a few reasons why a son might behave in such a manner as to will to live conquers love and relationships. The love between these two was heartbreaking. In one of the camps, a son attacked his father for a piece of Elie was in Nazi camps for a few years. He was always moving from one to another and he was in some of the worst. He goes from Auschwitz to Birkenau to Buna. After a few years of him struggling at these camps he finally got out. The Night was a great book. It gives the reader a really good idea what the Nazi camps were like and what people went through at this time.
