There is a lot of violence in sports such as when people don't want to talk out their problems with the player or team member they use violence to solve the problem. The involved are not just athletes, but the coaches, parents, referees, and the spectators are also involved in the violence. The three sports most involved are hockey, soccer, and football. Noticed was that after the September 11th terrorism took an increase in importance. Almost all teens, have been involved in our have seen violence in sports. Anything between a fight after a game, a fight during a game, an argument during or after a game, or a dissagreement with a ref can lead to a violent act.There is almost no difference between rough and violent, most athletes and fans don't know where rough play ends and violence begins. In conclusion, I think that the violence has to stop and people need to realize that it is just a game. When a person is being injured, killed, sent to a hospital, it is clear that things have been taken to far. To make this violence stop i think the refs, coaches, parents, fans and owners of the stadium or arenas have to take caution and keep an eye on the violence. For the coaches, they have to smarten up and realize that not everything has to be won, they are being immature sending their players out in means of violence. The refs need to watch for the players getting out of control and when they see it, give a penalty or kick them out of the game. The parents are also like the coaches and should know better and realize that the kids are trying there hardest to succeed without using violence. Fans, cant help getting a little into the game, and same with parents but using violence against someone in the stands wont make your team win.
