At the grandmother's house, the children still experienced discipline, but it wasn't as severe as before. The types of punishment that the grandmother would give are time outs, being grounded, or standing in the middle of the room on one foot.

One day, January 21, two of the children, an 11-year-old boy and his 12-year-old sister, had devised an appalling machination to kill their grandmother and their younger siblings. Their plan was to set the house on fire and kill the grandmother and their siblin
