A detailed Summary of Critical Thinking of 12 Angry Men
The initial scene of this movie set the whole logical thinking process; the Judge advising the jury of their responsibilities in reaching a decision. Their decision would eventually determine the young boy's fate, whether he is to be acquitted or found guilty and sentenced to death. As the jury retreated to the deliberation room, the camera closes in on a young scared defendant who had the look in his eyes that he hadn't slept in several days. The next scene, as the jury gathers in the deliberation room, clearly shows that it is a miserably hot and humid day, which will eventually lead to the men being irritated and not thinking clearly.
