A detailed Summary of Censorship


Censorship has always been a part of society. Restrictions have been placed on pretty much every form of media at one time or another. The problem that I see with censorship involves who has the final say on the banning of any type of speech. In our schools this issue is particularly relevant. My focus will be on the censorship of certain books in our nation's schools.

My audience for this paper will be the school board or whoever makes the decision that a book should be banned in their school. By choosing this
