We will make people our priority by offering the most efficient, convenient, rewarding and warm service credit unions are known for. We are at Execution Phase where the steering committee has established teams to make improvements, not to just solve a problem. The direction has been given by the steering committee and the teams are ready for brainstorming. Each team has been given a time frame of one month to establish ideas for identifying goals that will implement total quality for the internal and external customers. The goal is to increase the human touch by extending RCCU's hours of operation. RCCU has six departments that will be involved in the teams. Each team will include one to two people from each department and will have a total of eight members per team, with a total of three teams. They feel bringing all the departments together has established a stronger bond and commitment to themselves and the public. The teams have realized when departments come together as a team it is easier to act and adjust on the common goals. Modify Infrastructure as Necessary The responses will be forwarded to the steering committee for evaluation and action plans. The survey will be repeated in six months as a total quality tool for continuous improvement. Once the feedback has been received from the project teams, customers and employees it might be necessary to make changes to infrastructure or the processes. This step of the implementation process ensures continuous improvement. It is very important that the steering committee examines all feedback and make any necessary changes to the infrastructure where is needed. This is required to ensure that the reluctance to make changes does not blur the vision of our goal. Then as changes to the infrastructure are made it is important that feedback continues to be examined to make certain that no further changes are required. The project teams themselves will make procedure changes with the guidance and feedback of the steering committee. Through this feedback the project teams can determine if their changes are successful or ineffective.
