Christmas in Germany, France and Canada

There are many different ways to celebrate Christmas in the world. I picked Germany and France & Canada (as one b/c the info I got was on both).

There are actually 3 days on Christmas in Germany. the first one starts on December 24, Christmas Eve. This is when most families exchange gifts, go to church and have a great dinner, usually consisting of fish or suckling pig ,sweet cinnamon rolls, white sausage, macaroni salads and many other things. There is a tradition the if people don't eat well this day, they will be haunted by demons during the night. In some families, the parents send the child out of the room and close the doors. They bring in a tree and decorate it with app
