The Modern American of Today

What is the modern American, this new man? The modern American is rebellious. The freedom which is handed to each individual as they are born in to this country is nothing but an empty promise. A promise with no other purpose but to serve and protect the highest levels of power in this country which hides under "Christian values" and exonerates criminals when they remind people that they too, beLIEve in God. No one in this country lies more then the members of our own government and when one of their lies come back at them, what is their reason for lying? They lie to protect us little people from the truth, because they believe that we can"t handle the truth. When this alleged freedom is called upon our rights a disregarded without thought, for one reason and one reason only, money. The thing that they forgot to inform us is that freedom costs more than the average American could possibly pay for. When all of this is taken into consideration, and the realization of what a corrupt society we live in is acknowledged, the modern American rebels for their is nothing else they can do but rebel. .

Fearful is what the modern American is. Fearful of the rebellion that is present in the society in which we live. All the rebellion my not be originated from the venality. It may be from the injustice of everyday life. Whatever the cause, it is a factor which has put the average American in to a state of fear. Most of us carry some sort of weapon on us, whether is be a gun, mace, knife, so on and so forth. Why would the majority of Americans carry a weapon on them or even have on in their place of residency? They are afraid of those who act out their rebellion on innocent or not so innocent people, which could happen to be them one day. Did they take part in what the rebellious are rebelling against? The scariest thing is that one doesn"t even have to take part in anything. The anger and frustration directed to the injustice could be taken out on the innocent.
