The Life Cycle of a Tree

            The movie clip is all about the life cycle of a tree. Trees existed even before the existence of man, they are considered as one of the oldest, largest and tallest living things in the world. Trees are different from other plant because you can distinguish it from its trunk. The trunk of the tree has many branches especially at the end of the trunk above it. The reason is because the leaves, fruits and its branches need the sunlight. It started showing the trunk of the tree that is the big old Douglas Fur Tree that is about 6 feet in diameter, 250 feet tall and probably 500 years old according to the plant researcher Jerry Franklin. A living tree provides different functions in the forest such as it serves as a home of animals, serves as photosynthesis and one source of energy for the ecosystem. The branches of a tree have a healthy red flowers and greenish leaves. The water in the river flows peacefully and it is clean. It is said that all living things needs sunlight, water and carbon dioxide so that they will survive and live. With these basic needs, it provides food they need and the oxygen they inhale and then exhale it, through carbon dioxide wherein they replenish the earth's atmosphere and give people fresh air. The leaves of the trees are the one collecting the energy that came from the sun. It also shows there the trees can also die but then the dead tree can still contribute to the other living plants such as the growth of fungus and others can return their nutrients to the soil. This is how the movie clip showed the life cycle of a tree.

             The movie clip of the tree will take you about five minutes to finish it but by the end of it you will know the life cycle of a tree and how useful it is to our environment. It focuses on the trees only and its part where it started with the trunk and ends with the flowers of the trees. It will show you how a typical tree grows. It shows how the trees are very useful of all animals especially in the forest, because it serves as a home and a resting place for them.
