It is all about kids who were left to their mom's friend, "Nick" on New Years day. The movie clip started with a mom's suitor visiting her then before the suitor came near their door, the kids made fun of him. They do not want their mom to go on date to any man nor to have a boyfriend. There was a man named "Nick" who has a brand new car and owns a little collectibles toy store that hates kids a lot and irritated when he sees kids because kids are short tempered. Then all of a sudden he saw "Suzanne", the mom's kids, outside his store, divorce with two kids. He instantly fell in love with her. They became friends. One day, the mom received a phone call from her ex-husband on the airport and told here that he cannot bring the kids to his home. She did not know what to do until Nick offered his self to pick up the kids then drive them to the airport to meet their mom before New Year's Eve. The caretaker reminded Nick to stay away from the kids if he wants to live longer but he simply ignored. Along the way, unforeseen and unexpected circumstances happens, the kids initially bumped the car, his brand new car were totally wrecked, they were bumped by a truck, caught by the airport police and a lot of things. One scenario that will be striking to the eyes of the viewers was when the kids heard Nick's friend on the phone saying how was his trip with the kids that he hated a lot. It was when the kids realized that the man does not like them and they tried all their best to destruct and get rid of him whatever it takes. They locked the car and it all started the big nightmare there. It all messed up, the kids do not like him and neither does he. The mom calls frequently until such time that she became worried with the kids because it's almost late. But they were stuck to each other until they reached their mom before the eve of New Year. .
When you happen to see the movie clip of "Are we there yet?" you will wonder why the title is like that, who said it and even though the information of the clip is clear.
